Mt Fuji and Hakone

Mt Fuji is Japans highest mountain & on a clear day its distinct volcanic cone can often be seen on approach into Osaka or Tokyo international airports. Mt. Fuji is very significant culturally to Japan with many traditions & beliefs rooted in this majestic mountain. By Shinkansen bullet train this region can be reached in approximately one hours time allowing you to sight see for the remainder of the day before returning to Tokyo or changing to a different tour.

Nagoya and Gifu

One of Japans emerging regions is Nagoya & Gifu where modern society is complemented by rich tradition. The Nagoya Castle, Sumo Wrestling & Gifu Cormorant Fishing experiences are among the many reasons to visit this region. Within the Gifu district you can also visit Seki - home of Samurai sword making in Japan.

Hiroshima
Osaka, Kyoto and Hiroshima

Osaka is a modernized industrial city whose pulse can be felt from the moment one steps foot on its busy streets. While Osaka is limited on traditional & cultural experiences, it is the staging area for many nearby experiences in Kyoto. Culturally & scenically, Kyoto is one of Japans richest areas & is not to be missed by any traveller making the journey to Japan. Outdoor Travel Japan offers a variety of tours that combine Japans beliefs, mysticism, culture & tradition.

Private City Tours

A number of Outdoor Travel Japans city tours are available privately to you, your colleagues, friends or family & do not restrict you travelling in with a group. Transport is by sedan or private mini bus with an English speaking driver. Guides are not included in these tours.

Airport Tours
